About

My name is Nathan Bamford and I am a full-time professional videographer, specialising in wedding DVDs.

I take much pride in producing highly personal, top quality DVDs, ensuring that your wedding video makes for an entertaining watch as well as a complete record of your special day. My style of filming is such that I document the day, but remain discreet.

I will not direct you on your wedding day, rather I will document what happens in a dynamic but unobtrusive way. Many clients tell me that they barely noticed me throughout the day. My intention is for you to have a beautiful and entertaining DVD of your wedding without feeling self- conscious. I leave you to enjoy your day as I blend into the background, remaining as invisible as possible.

Each and every wedding DVD I produce is a labour of love, and I work many hours in the editing suite to craft the perfect finished product. I keep the length of the DVD to around 90 minutes - that way the video is an exciting watch that you will want to view again and again, rather than something stored away unwatched for many years like ‘old style’ wedding videos.

Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you cover?

We are based on the Essex - Cambridgeshire - Suffolk border and film weddings in the East of England.  However, we are happy to travel and will film anywhere in the country for an additional fee.

What filming do you do on the day?

We will begin filming from bridal preparations if you wish, otherwise we will start an hour before the ceremony to capture arrivals.  We then film the full day right through to dancing in the evening.  The only part that is not filmed during this time is when you and your guests are eating.

Will our venue allow our wedding to be filmed?

You need to obtain permission from your venue prior to the wedding.  Some venues may charge for filming rights.

Can I buy further copies of our wedding DVD?

Extra copies can be purchased at any time.

How long is the completed DVD?

The completed DVD usually lasts between 80 to 100 minutes.  However, every wedding is different and the running time differs from client to client.
